Buddy has over 20 years of experience in the auction and real estate industries with sells of over $500 million in real estate for the FDIC, financial institutions, private equity funds, bankruptcy trustees and premier landowners across the country. Buddy is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, Georgia Auctioneers Association, Florida Auctioneers Association and the Florida Bankers Association. He holds an Associate in Business Administration from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from Georgia State University. Buddy is also a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute from the National Auctioneers Education Institute at Indian University and from Mendenhall School of Auctioneering.
Don Cutchins
Senior Vice President, Business Developement
Don has over 31 years of experience in the auction and real estate industries. Since in 1988, he has coordinated large multi-property auctions and asset sales for two of the nation’s largest auction firms. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with financial institutions and government agencies in the marketing and sales of surplus assets. Don holds a B.A. in Marketing/Management from Mercer University.  
Mike Lansdell, ALC
Business Development, Land Specialist
Mike has over 30 years of experience in the real estate, timber and agricultural industries. He grew up in Valdosta, GA on a 1,500 acre farm where working cattle, row crops and timber were a way of life. This led Mike to earn a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from the University of Georgia in 1991. Through real estate sales, herbicide programs, vegetation management, timber sales and other land management activities he has been instrumental in assisting forestry consultants, paper companies and premier land owners all across the southeast. He also holds the Accredited Land Consultant designation through the Realtors Land Institute and a Federal Aviation Administration Remote Pilot license.
